Paul Banks is the Managing Director of Fresha: “a start-up catering company launched in 2003. With an enthusiasm for making things happen has built a portfolio of services including: commercial contracts, corporate, private and event catering, conference facilities and multi site Cafés.” Paul is also the Business Manager of Parklife Heavitree, a community charity and social enterprise.
