Introducing Sarah Aires, the newest addition to the dynamic team at ActionCOACH Exeter, taking on the role of Head of Business Development. Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her diverse background in sales development, account management, and business advisory roles.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH Exeter, Sarah has been instrumental in driving growth and fostering relationships in various industries. Her dedication to empowering businesses aligns seamlessly with the mission of ActionCOACH Exeter, under the leadership of Andrew De Groot.

In addition to her role here, Sarah is a dedicated creator, co-founding Cadenz, a business specialising in remote photography and video, alongside her husband Kevin Aires. Utilising innovation and empathy, they craft captivating visual stories that resonate with audiences worldwide. Balancing the demands of her wider family, her two teenage girls, her entrepreneurial endeavours and her role as Head of Business Development, Sarah brings a unique perspective to the team.

Sarah’s enjoyed numerous adventures around the globe, instilling in her a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and cuisines. Whether capturing moments behind the lens or walking her dog, Lucy the lab, along the shoreline, Sarah finds solace and inspiration in the simple joys of life.

With her keen eye for detail and strategic mindset, Sarah is poised to drive forward the vision of ActionCOACH Exeter, contributing to the growth and success of businesses across the South West. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her genuine passion for helping others, makes her an asset to the team.

Andi is a former teacher and school leader who worked for ActionCOACH Exeter as Business Development Manager. He now heads up Fomo Content and continues to do our digital marketing.
His role with us is to create content for our social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.

Andi has worked in several countries worldwide. He can speak two foreign languages, play five instruments, and has a track record of captaincy of both rugby and football teams.

He organises regular comedy nights, called Funny Business, designed to raise funds for local charities, along with providing networking opportunities for businesses across the South West.
