“I just can’t afford it!”
After attending an excellent seminar with Marcus Sheridan back in November, I’ve been putting off writing this blog post, despite all his best efforts to convince me it was necessary. Most people can’t even guess at how much business coaching costs, and it dawned on me that this is a commonly asked question – the answer to which was not on our website.
Why do we fear being transparent on price? Are we worried that customers will baulk and run away to our competitors? Apparently so, at least in my case.
So here goes: a brief overview of the services we provide at ActionCOACH Exeter, and how much financial investment it will take on your part…
One-to-One Coaching
This starts at £1,495+VAT per month, with the ever-present guarantee of a return on your investment (or we refund the difference). You spend 2 sessions per month with me, for around 60-90 minutes at a time, and everything is always bespoke. All of my clients will agree that I am happy to help in ad hoc situations that arise between sessions also. More time is available (even weekly sessions) at increasing levels of investment, which I’m happy to discuss with you via email.

Group Coaching – “ActionCLUB”
£495+VAT per month…. But I reduce this to £295+VAT for businesses turning over less than £100k annually.
This is also covered by the guarantee, and comes with 2 sessions per month online, 2.5 hours each, following a programme of coaching with up to 10 members in a group. There are normally 25 sessions for the complete “course”, but many choose to remain on the programme for many years, repeating the content but adding more knowledge each time in the model of a spiral, where you may go round repeatedly, but you rise up a level each time. This programme also gives you access to some time 1:1 with a coach, in drop-in “surgery sessions” twice a month, for bespoke help and support.

Quarterly Planning days – “GrowthCLUB”
£280+VAT per quarter, or £95+VAT if only joining for the day. These days are run four times a year, generally with all ActionCOACH clients coming together for networking and peer support. We plan the next 90 days, with input from myself, and usually outside speakers to add more value. When you invest in the day, you will be there from 8.45-3pm, with us laying on bacon rolls, lunch, and hot drinks throughout. If you choose to invest in the quarter, you then get an additional 2 “accountability” sessions with a coach to monitor and push your progress.

Alignment Days / Vision-Traction Days
£2,000+VAT. These are completely bespoke, and involve lots of preparation and interaction between you and the coach beforehand. Some might called it, “homework”, but in our ethos that Luck = Preparation meeting Opportunity, the more we can do to prepare for the day, the higher the value you will gain from it.
