Since leaving a career in professional rugby, with many appearances for Exeter Chiefs and the English National Rugby team, Tom Johnson is now making waves in the business world, with a huge focus on making a difference to the lives of young people. Tom is determined to help them establish consistently good habits that reinforce wellbeing and solid mental health, so that they are better placed to learn at school, and become adults who continue these healthy habits that support their lifestyle.
